SMS Proof of Consent

Last updated: February 10, 2026

1. Overview

This document serves as proof of consent for SMS (text message) communications sent by Revolo.ai ("we," "our," or "us"). It describes how consent is obtained, what messages are sent, and how recipients can manage their preferences.

2. How Consent Is Obtained

Consent to receive SMS messages from Revolo.ai is obtained through the following mechanism:

Account Registration and Terms of Service

When a user creates an account on the Revolo.ai platform, they are required to review and accept our Terms of Service. Section 6 ("SMS Communications and Consent") of our Terms of Service explicitly states that by creating an account and agreeing to the Terms, the user acknowledges and consents to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from Revolo.ai.

This consent is obtained at the point of account creation through an affirmative action: the user must actively agree to the Terms of Service before their account is created and before any SMS messages are sent.

3. Types of SMS Messages Sent

Revolo.ai sends the following categories of SMS messages to consented users:

Transactional Messages

  • Account verification and security codes
  • Password reset notifications
  • Account activity alerts

Service-Related Messages

  • Workflow status updates and progression notifications
  • Asset sale completion alerts
  • Offer received and accepted notifications
  • Digital contract and signature request notifications
  • Platform feature announcements relevant to active subscriptions

Buyer Workflow Messages

  • Vehicle listing notifications sent to buyer contacts on behalf of the platform user as part of the automated workflow distribution system
  • Phase progression and exclusivity window notifications
  • Asset availability updates sent to designated buyer contacts

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your use of the platform. Users who actively manage vehicle inventory and run distribution workflows may receive multiple messages per day. Users with less activity may receive fewer messages. The exact frequency depends on:

  • The number of active workflows you create
  • The number of assets being managed
  • Buyer interactions and offer activity
  • Account security events

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of non-essential SMS communications at any time by using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP: Reply "STOP" to any SMS message received from Revolo.ai to immediately unsubscribe from non-essential messages
  • Account Settings: Manage your SMS notification preferences in your account settings within the Revolo.ai platform
  • Contact Support: Email us at support@revolo.ai to request removal from SMS communications

Please note that certain transactional messages (such as security codes and critical account alerts) may continue to be sent even after opting out, as they are essential to the security and operation of your account.

6. Standard Messaging Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Revolo.ai does not charge for sending SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging fees.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Phone numbers and SMS communication data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for the purpose of delivering platform-related SMS communications.

8. Consent Record

For each user, Revolo.ai maintains a record of consent that includes:

  • The date and time the user accepted the Terms of Service
  • The version of the Terms of Service that was accepted
  • The method of consent (account registration form)
  • The phone number provided at the time of registration
  • The URL of the Terms of Service page presented at the time of consent: https://revolo.ai/legal/terms-of-service

Revolo.ai's SMS communications are designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including:
