SMS Consent Agreement

1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages

By checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration on the Revolo.ai platform ("Platform"), you ("User") provide your express written consent to receive SMS (Short Message Service) and text messages from Revolo.ai ("we," "our," or "us") at the mobile phone number you provide.

This SMS Consent Agreement is a standalone agreement, separate from the Revolo.ai Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, nor is it a condition of creating an account on the Platform.

2. Types of Messages

By providing your consent, you agree to receive the following categories of SMS messages from Revolo.ai:

Transactional Messages

  • Account verification and security codes
  • Password reset notifications
  • Account activity and security alerts

Service-Related Messages

  • Workflow status updates and progression notifications
  • Asset sale completion alerts
  • Offer received and accepted notifications
  • Digital contract and signature request notifications
  • Subscription and billing reminders

Buyer Workflow Messages

  • Vehicle listing notifications sent to buyer contacts on behalf of the Platform user as part of the automated workflow distribution system
  • Phase progression and exclusivity window notifications
  • Asset availability updates sent to designated buyer contacts

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity on the Platform. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on:

  • The number of active workflows you create
  • The number of vehicle assets being managed
  • Buyer interactions and offer activity
  • Account security events

We estimate most active users will receive between 2 and 20 messages per week, depending on usage.

4. Standard Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Revolo.ai does not charge you for receiving SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees according to your mobile plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may revoke your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP: Text "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from Revolo.ai. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • Account Settings: Manage your SMS notification preferences from within your Revolo.ai dashboard under account settings.
  • Contact Support: Email us at support@revolo.ai with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to remove.

After opting out, you will receive no further SMS messages from Revolo.ai. Please note that critical security messages (such as two-factor authentication codes) may still be sent if you explicitly request them through platform actions like password resets.

7. Consent Is Voluntary

Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary. Providing SMS consent is not required to use the Revolo.ai platform, purchase any services, or create an account. You can still use all platform features without opting in to SMS notifications; however, certain real-time alerts and notifications will only be delivered via SMS if you have consented.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS communication data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the purpose of delivering Platform-related SMS communications as described in this agreement.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this SMS Consent Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform or by SMS before the changes take effect. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 5.
